Rental terms
Deposit: 50% of the price together with the renting contract bearing your signature, contract that the owner sends you by e-mail or mail. The rest of the money is due a month before arrival if the reservation was made at least two months before and a week before arrival when the dates are close.
A €1000 guarantee is required: it will be returned to you two weeks after departure at the latest.
